Zenmarkt® offers FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $75*.

All orders are charged in US dollars.

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Zenmarkt® assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.

If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email hello@zenmarkt.com and notify us immediately. We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Delivery Policy
 
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

 

Returns

To return your product, please email hello@zenmarkt.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@zenmarkt.com.

 

We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping times during Christmas period & New Years Eve (10th December- 4th January) & any other National Holidays. We are sorry for any delays and we thank you for your understanding.
