Questions parents ask
Is a door stretcher safe for my child?
Yes, when it's used on a sturdy, locked door with a slow warm-up and an adult nearby. Never let anyone open the door during use.
Will it damage my door?
The anchor sits in the gap of a closed door. Close it gently and check that the door latches fully.
Stretch strap or cheer strap: what's the difference?
This strap attaches to a door for deep leg stretches. The cheer stretch strap is handheld and made for stunt flexibility.
