Questions parents ask
Is a stretch band good for kids?
Yes. It's a gentle way for young dancers to hold stretches, as long as they warm up first and an adult is nearby.
Stretch band or stretch strap: which should I choose?
The band is elastic and portable, good for gentle stretches and strength. The stretch strap with door anchor attaches to a door for deeper leg stretches.
