A deeper leg stretch at home, no partner needed.

Working on splits, needles or higher extensions? The Zenmarkt® stretch strap with door anchor turns any sturdy door into a stretching station. She controls the stretch herself, slowly and safely, instead of waiting for a partner or a class.

Why dancers (and their parents) love it

  • Hands-free leg stretches. The door anchor holds the strap, so she can focus on her position and breathing.
  • Stretch at her own pace. She controls how far each stretch goes, and can go a little deeper as her flexibility improves.
  • Room to move. A 10-foot strap reaches for front, side and back leg stretches.
  • Guided routines. Includes a stretch strap eBook with exercises to follow.
  • Gift-ready. It comes in a present box.

"We brought it into my daughter's dance teacher and she took a private lesson on exactly how to stretch with it. The teacher thought it was so great she bought a few for her own studio." Verified Zenmarkt customer

Who it's for

Dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts and martial artists, from older kids and teens to adults who want more flexibility and control.

How to use it safely

  1. Set up the door. Use a sturdy, closed door that opens away from you, and lock it while you stretch so no one opens it.
  2. Warm up first and go slow. Ease into each stretch and hold it. Never bounce or force it. It should feel like a pull, never pain.
  3. Keep an adult nearby. Kids should stretch with an adult in the room.

What's in the box

  • 10-foot stretch strap (black, purple, pink, light blue, dark blue or red)
  • Door anchor
  • Stretch strap eBook
  • Present box

Questions parents ask

Is a door stretcher safe for my child?

Yes, when it's used on a sturdy, locked door with a slow warm-up and an adult nearby. Never let anyone open the door during use.

Will it damage my door?

The anchor sits in the gap of a closed door. Close it gently and check that the door latches fully.

Stretch strap or cheer strap: what's the difference?

This strap attaches to a door for deep leg stretches. The cheer stretch strap is handheld and made for stunt flexibility.

A great tool

This was such a great little investment. We brought it into my daughter’s dance teacher and she took a private lesson on exactly how to stretch with it. The teacher thought it was so great she bought a few for her own studio.

Works well

It’s somewhat easy to put up. You might have to get a chair to reach the door but otherwise it works really well! My daughter loves it and it helps her stretch before her sport.
